I'm CY, an automation specialist based in the Philippines. Before this, I spent 7+ years in administrative and HR operations for a government education office — which means I didn't come into automation from a "tech" background. I came into it from watching how much time gets lost to manual follow-ups, missed messages, and processes that live in someone's head instead of a system.Now I build that system for you — using tools like ManyChat, Zapier, n8n, GHL and — so your business runs the same whether you're on--site, asleep, or on holiday.

Appointment Scheduling, (Make.com)

The problem: Manually checking who's free, texting back and forth, double-booking a slot someone else already took.What I built: A form-to-calendar system that checks real-time availability, books the first open slot automatically, and updates your calendar — no back-and-forth required.The result: Clients book themselves in seconds. You just show up.

Asana Lead Enrichment & Pipeline Automation (Zapier)

The problem: Leads sitting in different pipeline stages with no consistent next step — some get forgotten, some get a folder, some never get a follow-up email.What I built: A system that watches every task update in Asana and routes the lead by stage — creating folders, spinning up content tasks, and sending the right follow-up email automatically, with built-in delays so nothing feels robotic.The result: Every lead gets the right next action, at the right time, without you tracking it manually.

Automated Lead Enrichment & Notification System (Zapier)

The problem: New leads coming in through a form or tool, sitting unnoticed until someone happens to check their inbox.What I built: A webhook-driven system that catches new leads instantly, enriches the data, and splits them by condition — logging qualified leads to a sheet with a live Slack alert, or triggering a targeted follow-up email.The result: Your team knows about a new lead within seconds, not hours.

Client Onboarding Automation (Make.com)

The problem: Onboarding checklists that live in someone's head — a welcome email forgotten, a client folder never created, no one told to prep for the kickoff call.What I built: A system that fires the moment a new client is added: sends the welcome email, creates their folder, books the kickoff on your calendar, and pings your team in Slack — automatically.The result: Every client gets the same smooth start, and nothing falls through the cracks..

Appointment Confirmed → Review Request Automation

The problem: Happy customers who never get asked for a review because follow-up after the job is done, is easy to forget.
What I built: A workflow triggered when an appointment is confirmed that updates the opportunity, tags the contact, sends a follow-up email, waits, then automatically requests a review.The result: Every completed appointment gets a review request without anyone having to remember to send it.

HVAC Landing Page Lead Automation (GoHighLevel)

The problem: New leads from the landing page sitting unanswered for hours while someone manually checks the form and follows up.
What I built: A workflow that fires the instant a form is submitted — tagging the lead, sending a welcome email, following up with SMS, creating the opportunity in the pipeline, and checking tag conditions to route them correctly.The result: Every new lead gets contacted within seconds, with zero manual data entry.

Facebook Messenger Ordering Bot (ManyChat) — 798 Siomai House

The problem: A small food business fielding the same "what's the price," "where are you," and "how do I order" messages all day, every day, by hand.
What I built: A Messenger bot that greets every new subscriber instantly with an Order / Prices / Location menu — each option auto-replying with the exact info the customer needs.The result: Customers get answers instantly, any hour, without anyone at the counter picking up a phone.

Appointment Booked Reminder Automation (GoHighLevel)

The problem: Booked appointments getting no-showed because there's no reminder between booking and the actual visit.What I built: A workflow triggered the moment an appointment is booked (normal event type, contact mode) that sends a confirmation email, waits, then sends a follow-up reminder email before the appointment date.The result: Fewer no-shows, with reminders sent automatically instead of manually tracked.
